By renting From Elite Dumpsters and Disposal Services, LLC(EDDS) you agree to :
Payments and Charges
Customer shall pay EDDS for collection and disposal of all materials as specified under the agreement. Additional charges may include dig out, blocked container, excess disposal charges, cancellation or change fees, trip charges and relocation charges that were not prepaid by customer and charged to EDDS as a result of services rendered by EDDS for the customer.
Each of these fees will be billed to the credit card on file promptly as services are provided.
Waste Material
Customer represents and warrants all materials placed in container meet requirement for disposal.
Driveways and Parking Areas
Customer grants access and right of way to EDDS that is sufficient for the weight of the container and all waste inside. Customer assumes all liabilities to damages and cost incurred necessary to place and remove container.
Unacceptable Waste
Hazardous waste, chemical waste, oil and filters, radioactive materials, solvents, paint, antifreeze, appliances, tires, mattresses, medical waste, animals and all liquids. Please check with your local landfill for guidelines. Any dumping fee for illegal material are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be charged to card on file promptly.
Overfills and Offloads
Customer is responsible to not overfill container above the top of the container. If the material is above the rim of the container the customer will be responsible for off loading or relocating materials. In the event the container cannot be removed a wasted trip fee of $250 will charged to the card on file.
Equipment Care
The equipment furnished by EDDS will remain the property of EDDS. By renting from EDDE customer assumes all responsibility for damage or loss to the container other than normal wear and tear. Customer agrees to indemnify , defend and hold harmless, EDDS, against all claims of loss and damage and penalties related to use of our containers will in customers possession.
Delivery and Pick Up
All deliveries and pickup are at drivers discretion. Customer is required to provide ample access to a level drop point for delivery. EDDS will not be help liable for any damages due to delivery and pick up of the container. If access or level drop point is not provided upon delivery the customer will be charged a wasted trip fee of $250 that will be charged promptly to the card on file.
Attorney Fees and Related Cost
In the event of breech of contract by the customer, the customer shall pay attorney fees and cost of EDDS to enforce this contract.
Refunds
All refunds and credit request shall occur within 30 days of original contract. Any refunds or credits issued will be at sole discretion of EDDS.
